Requirements

To play GPWin.be online you need a secure , JavaScript enabled browser.

For proper functionality and security it's essential you close all your games session and logout after finishing a game.

  • to finish a game please click "Close" (red button) within a game, not the "X" (Close browser). If you force to close a game by closing browser window, you are forced to wait 10 minutes before you can play a game again and/or your balance is transferred from your gaming wallet to your account.
  • to finish playing games completely make sure you finished playing games as described above and click "Logout"

How to deposit money

To play games you need to deposit money to your account.

  1. Please open Cashier-> Deposit, insert the amount you want to deposit and click "Review your order"
  2. Order Summary - on this page you review your deposit info, if it's ok click "Confirm and submit"
  3. You are taken to safe & secure payment provided by Ogone, payment industry leader for fats and secure payments. To make a purchase please insert:
    1. card number: insert your card number
    2. any expiration date
    3. click "Yes, I confirm my order"
  4. You are redirected to secure page that verifies your Digipass authentication code, insert code generated by your Digipass
  5. You are redirected to a page that checks your Digipass status, click "BackToPayment!"
  6. You are redirected to preliminary payment status, which automatically loads payment status pages at GPWin
  7. Page with following status appears:
    "Your transaction is being processed.
    Once your bank / debit card issuer approves transaction, we will notify you about the balance update. In most cases this happens instantly, however please allow 2-3 minutes to finalize your transaction. "
  8. To refresh a page please click Refresh icon at top right yellow box, once your bank approves transaction your balance will be adjusted
