Come to the Emperor’s Garden to find peace and quiet… and treasure! This tranquil dice slot game with Oriental themes has expanding wilds and free games where joker wins are tripled.
Emperor’s Garden is a dice slot game with 5 reels, 3 dice, and 25 paylines that can be played. To win, you need to have dice with identical symbols in consecutive strings from left to right along the winning lines you have activated. These strings always have to start from the first reel. Some symbols have payouts from 2 identical symbols, others start paying out as soon as there’s 3.
To access the menu and change the options, you can either click the cog in the upper right corner of the game screen, or hold down your left mouse button for a few seconds anywhere on the reels. Doing so will show you the menu options, to which you can then drag your mouse. Either way shows you the following options:
To check the stake size and change it, you can go the the payline and stake settings through the ways explained above. Alternatively, you can click the coin to the left of the play button for a quick adjustment of the stake.
In the payline and stake setting menu, you can select any number of paylines from 1 to 25 by either clicking the bar or dragging the indicator. The default here is 25, and selecting anything lower means that combinations on the payline numbers higher than your choice will not pay out. For example: playing on 15 paylines means you can’t benefit from winning combinations along paylines 16 through 25.
Below the paylines bar you will find the stake bar. Here you can decide how much money you’ll wager per spin per payline. This is your base stake: it is always multiplied by the number of paylines you’re playing at to make up your total stake. For example: playing a base stake of €0.10 with 20 paylines means you’re spending €2 in total stake per spin. The default for the base stake is set at €0.10, with the following variations possible: €0.01, €0.02, €0.05, €0.10, €0.20, €0.25, €0.50, €1 and €2.
When you’re done preparing your stake and paylines, you can click the play button in the middle right of the game screen to start spinning the reels. You can either continue manually by clicking the same button again, or go to the menu to activate autoplay.
In the autoplay settings, you can choose a number of automatically played spins. Possibilities here range from 0 to 50 in 5 spin steps. As with the paylines bar or the stake bar, you can click any location on the bar to set the number there, or you can drag the indicator to any desired position along the bar.
If you have autoplay activated and want it turned off again, you can click the stop button that replaces the start button at the start of the autospins.
In Emperor’s Garden, the garden symbols are wild: they can substitute for any other symbol to connect or extend existing strings of identical symbols (except for scatters). If any winning combinations along a payline include a wild, this wild will expand to fill the entire reel with wilds. This will greatly increase your winnings, as additional combinations will be made possible. Garden wilds can occur once per reel on reels 2, 3 and 4. It’s possible to have wilds on 1, 2 or 3 reels at the same time.
Scatters, symbols that pay out regardless of where they appear on any of the 5 reels, payline or not, are represented in Emperor’s Garden by the koi symbol. 2 koi already pay out, and 3 or more will give 10 free games on top of their value.
During free games, all wild wins are multiplied by 3 and still extend. If you get another set of at least 3 koi during these free games, they are retriggered, and another 10 free games will be added to the counter. Any free games are always automatically played at the stake and paylines you were playing at when you triggered them.
