Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the Swede who is no longer one of the youngest (for a professional footballer), will defend his country at Euro 2024 and try to make life difficult for the Belgian national team.

National coach Janne Andersson announced that Ibrahimovic will be part of the Swedish selection at the 2024 European Championship. The star footballer is now 41 years old and, in football terms, you could actually call him a pensioner. But nothing could be further from the truth, as the towering striker (1m95) will enter the Solna stadium on 24 March to take on the Belgians. Whether Sweden will actually beat us remains to be seen, of course. A side note: coach Andersson is not looking to give 'Ibra' a place in the starting line-up.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was out for months because of a knee injury, for which he had to undergo surgery. The goal getter, who played 121 caps with Sweden and scored a total of 62 goals for his country, has since returned to football and more precisely to AC Milan.
National coach Domenico Tedesco has announced the selection of the Red Devils. You can read more about it HERE.
